  • If you are using coconut oil, grease your pan and add one tablespoon of coconut oil. 
  • Wait for it to heat up, and then add the rest of your ingredients.
  • Turn the heat to medium-low, and wait for the batter to form.
  • Once the batter is slightly stickier than the pancake batter, you can put it into a heated pan. 
  • Usually, around 350° Fahrenheit will do or until small bubbles appear on top of your cooking mix.
  • Let them cook for about 2 minutes, then carefully flip them over with a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes on that side.
  • Remove the pancakes from the pan and place them onto a plate.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve immediately with maple syrup and berries!
